The project site is a three-acre site that initially housed an A&P supermarket more than twenty-five years ago. The A&P supermarket has ceased to operate for more than twenty-five years and its building has had varied non-supermarket uses. Those operations ceased to exist approximately three years ago. UDI/CDC acquired the property and had the building demolished and the debris removed.
