This project site is a three-acre site that initially housed an A&P supermarket more than twenty-five years ago. UDI/CDC acquired the property and had the buildings demolished and the debris removed. It is now home to a Food Lion supermarket and a police substation in Durham, NC located at 3022 Fayetteville Street.
