UDI/CDC is in the process of developing plans for the construction of a building to lease to CSC, LLC, a manufacturer of galvanized steel studs and steel framing for housing. The company will manufacture and assemble completely galvanized steel studs, framed wall panels and roof truss. The company will ship the products to the job site for the erection of the housing units and the appropriate use of the steel studs. The company (CSC, LLC) is being developed through a partnership agreement with the UDI Community Development Corporation (UDI/CDC) and the North Carolina Community Development Initiative (NCCDI).
